We had our dreams,you,your Art and me,
my songs.
What happened?
We didn't quarrel,we didn't fight,we just
drifted apart,you to your pictures and me to my wife.
I think of you sometimes,but now there are
only ghosts of the crazy notions we once shared.
Will I see you again before I go?
Was it all worthwhile?
I hope so.
DEATH AND THE DAZZY BOBBLERS

Death is knocking at the door
of all from young to old.
He takes the rich,he takes the poor
and ends all stories told.
Is this why the human race,
having lived a life of sin.
When they get old,and of heaven are told,
repent and try to get in?
So many Dazzy Bobblers,
are in this world today.
I'm not meeting them in Hell,
this is repentance day!
