decided to go for a walk over Beanstalk Hill.
But as they reached the top,they fell down ,bumpaty bumpty,
came crashing hard into a wall,and squashed poor Humpty Dumpty.
As Humpty lay there moaning,trying his best to talk,
from somewhere in the distance,marched the Grand Old Duke of York.
But he didn't notice Humpty and neither did his men,
so they just kept on marching,and squashed him once again
Kind hearted Mary Mary,and her good friend Bo Peep,
saw Humpty Dumpty's plight,and to the rescue they did leap.
But one of them pulled this way,and one of them pulled that,
for though they were the best of friends,they wouldn't share a Flat!
The Big Bad Wolf came walking past,looking rather tough,
saying"I can fix you Humpty,with my almighty puff,"
But as he took a deep breath,he saw Red Riding Hood ,
so he shot off to Grandma's house,leaving humpty in the mud
On her way home from The Ball,along came Cinderella
saying "You look awful humpty,you poor little fella,
I'd really like to help you 'cos you look just like a Kipper,
but I'm getting stones stuck in my foot,so I'm off back for my slipper".
Noddy's car came roaring past,chased by P.C. Plod,
shouting "Stop in the name of Big Ears,you naughty little bod"
But as he spotted Humpty,he quickly touched his brake,
saying "I though that I'd got flat feet sir,but yours just take the cake".
So sing a song of sixpence,next time you're feeling sad,
jump on the Magic Roundabout,and things won't seem as bad.
Be thankful you're not Humpty and Go Smiling on your way,
and don't wait 'til tomorrow,spead some sunshine round today!
