(February 2010)Some time ago,Bob,the manager of the local Lunatic Asylum phoned Alex Ferguson and asked if he might bring eight inmates to visit the Old Trafford Football Ground ? Graciously,Alex agreed to Bob's request and a couple of hours later, he arrived at the ground with his eight charges.Alex showed them around the facilities and then Bob asked Alex for a favour.
"I have brought these eight,Alex,because they have been watching the Oxford and Cambridge boat race and they just want to be a boat crew.Do you mind if they sit sideways on some seats in the stand and row away pretending to be Oxford?"
"No,I don't mind at all" said Alex,and the eight took up their positions.
"Now they are settled",said Alex."May I get you some refreshment,Bob?"
"I wouldn't mind a cola" said Bob,and Alex brought one to him.
"Is there anything else I can do for you,Bob?"
asked Alex.
"No thank you",replied Bob,and without warning,he suddenly burst into song.
"I've got a lovely coke and bunch of nuts,there they are a rowing in the stand."
