CIRCA 1780. 13" Brass arch dial with Regulator dial and pendulum.There is a good quality painting on the pendulum bob.The trunk has glass in the door so that the pendulum can be seen as it swings.There is an automatum in the arch comprising a girl on a swing,she swings back and forth as the pendulum ticks.The four seasons are in the corners of the dial and the figured mhogany case is beautifully inlaid with satinwood.There are full cluster columns to the hood and the trunk and the original ornate, very rare finials, still sit proudly on top of the hood. This is an outstanding clock and one of the best to come into my possession.It is well worth viewing. Height 7'11"(241cms)

Circa 1780.12" painted automatum arch dial,with subsiduary date dial,showing two moving black figures playing shuttlecock in arch.Arms and bats move back and forth with ticking of clock.Sweet mahogany case crossbanded in mahogany and inlaid with boxwood stringing. Sensational very rare if not totally unique clock.I have never seen one like this before. Height 6'11"(211 cms.)

Circa 1815. 14" brass moving moon phases dial with subsiduary seconds and date dials in beautifully figured flame mahogany case which is boxwood string inlaid in the hood,trunk and base.Tremendous clock. The magnificent mahogany case has beautiful parquetry inlay applied to the hood,trunk and base and barley sugar twist columns to the sides of the hood and the trunk. A really stunning clock.
